Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if you need to return an item, here's how it works:

Return Window: You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Shipping Fees: Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll issue a refund minus the original shipping charges to your payment method.

Please ensure you contact us before sending anything back, as we cannot accept returns without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
